CARE CENTER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is proud to be involved with Magellan's MY LIFE Baton Rouge program, a free empowerment youth group for those who have experience with mental health, substance abuse, foster care and/or juvenile justice related issues and who want to use their experience to help others and improve the systems that serve youth.

We were most moved to hear the members of the MY LIFE Teen Group speak about their experiences with MY LIFE and how they have been able to share their thoughts and have a voice through this awesome peer group!

Care Center hosted an "End of the Summer/Back to School" skate party. Kids, families and staff skated, enjoyed hot dogs, nachos and fun! We were excited to start the 2013/2014 school year with a bang!
