CARE CENTER WAS FOUNDED IN 2002 BY LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, VERONICA GRIFFITH. As a former school teacher and counselor, Veronica Griffith noticed a large need in the community for children and adolescents struggling with behavior problems. Many children suffer from serious behavioral problems that affect academic performance, social interactions with others and their families. Veronica Griffith started the Care Center to provide children with support, understanding, and treatment but most importantly, CARE.

With the growing success of the Child and Adolescent program,Care Center has expanded its services to include an Adult Outpatient Program to meet the growing needs of the community.

We are committed to providing quality, medically necessary services to the Baton Rouge community and its surrounding areas. Veronica Griffith created a legacy of love, family, and community.
