Andrea Jackson Barrow,MA- Behavioral Health Professional
Mrs. Barrow holds a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and has over 6 years experience in providing counseling to children and families in a community setting.
Lacey Frances, MA-Behavior Health Professional
Ms. Frances is a registered social worker with the state of Louisiana. She holds a master's degree in social work from Southern University of New Orleans. Ms. Frances has years of experienced with the Department of Family Services and uses her skills to train parents and families on how to manage children and adolescents who experience behavioral problems.
Steve Jarreau, M.Ed- Behavioral Health Specialist
Mr. Jarreau holds a bachelor's degree in business accompanied with a master's degree in secondary education.
Mr. Jarreau has worked in the social services for over 20 years. While providing psychosocial skills training, supportive and advocacy services for our families, Mr. Jarreau has been an integral part in developing and maintaining working relationships with our CARE CENTER families.
Marrissa Garner- Behavioral Health Specialist
Ms. Garner specializes in community coordination and outreach. She has conducted workshops and public speaking events with adolescents and young adults, coordinated and advocated for services for women in the Louisiana justice system and holds an associates degree of divinity in counseling.
Shnell Armwood- Behavioral Health Specialist
Ms. Armwood holds a bachelor's degree in child development. She specializes in child development beginning ages 2 and up and has training and experience within the school setting working with disabled children including those with Autism. Ms. Armwood has led various self help groups focusing on social skills and activities of daily living for adolescent girls.
Audrea Kellar-Behavioral Health Specialist
Ms. Kellar holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She has been trained and gained experience in various areas of human services working in both private and public institutions. Although Ms. Kellar is one of the newest members of our CARE CENTER team, she has provided great individualized care and treatment to the families she serves.
Edward Carrier, Jr. - Behavioral Health Specialist
Mr. Carrier has a bachelor's of science degree in Sociology from Southern University. He provides psychosocial skills training, community and educational advocacy as well as family support.
