CARE CENTER employs individuals in a wide variety of disciplines including licensed behavioral health professionals, those with master's level training in mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, and clinical psychology as well as professionals with years of training and experience servicing those with mental health needs.The CARE CENTER utilizes the following individuals to provide comprehensive services in a variety of ways:

Health Care Management Internship
The Health Care Management Internship enables individuals seeking careers in healthcare to gain added knowledge and skills through structured work experience. Opportunities are available to the student through an internship that cannot be achieved in the classroom. The specific objectives are to enable the individual to learn more about health care management; give students the opportunity to develop a sense of responsibility for their continued learning by working independently and collaboratively within the parameters of an internship experience; familiarize students with the experiences related to the process of seeking employment.
The internship is designed to provide the student a hands-on experience in a health service organization. It provides a first hand look at day-to-day operations of a facility and provides the student an opportunity to observe and assist employees in various departments. The HCMi provides the student an opportunity to observe and be actively involved in management activities using basic management skills of communication, problem solving, strategic planning, and analysis of information.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have a high school diploma and be in pursuit of an associates, bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, public administration, healthcare, human or social service field.
Preferred Skills
Experience or education in mental health, counseling, social work and psychology is a plus
